RoHS Seminar

America Hong Kong Electronics Association organised WEEE/RoHS seminar. It was held on 27 June, 2005 at Hong Kong Productivity Council. The Managing Director Mr. Alan Kan was invited as speaker to share his intensive experience in purchasing in combating RoHS requirement. He proposed "Procurement is the first line of defence in RoHS compliant". Many audiences echoed the view point.

Introduction of RISE at WEEE/RoHS Seminar

After years of research and development, Clever Motion Technology was proudly debuting the new product RoHS Information System for Enterprise (RISE) on 26 September, 2006. The seminar was organised by America Hong Kong Electronics Association and Hong Kong Productivity Council. Nearly 100 audiences from a wide spectrum of electronic manufacturers attended the seminar.

RoHS - Solution Workshop

RoHS will be effective on 1 July, 2006, many electronic and electrical manufacturing companies already knew the situation. However, there are not many effective solution on the market. In order to give an introduction of RoHS management solution, IBM and Clever Motion Technology jointly organised workshop for interested parties to understand the solutions. The workshop revealed a brief description of RoHS, impact, strategy, management, traceability and create technical files.

The workshop was held on 8 December, 2005 at 2:30PM at IBM's Shenzhen office. The seminar attracted around 20 companies and 50 audiences. Three specialists shared their rich experience in the workshop.

RISE selected as the Best RoHS Management Solution

After the introduction of RISE, it was quickly adopted by the industry. Linux Pilot had done a study about RoHS Management Solution and selected RISE as the Best Editor's Choice for RoHS Management System in 2006. The detail was published on Volume 43 April, 2006. The prize was presented by the Deputy Chief Government Information Officer on 15 April, 2006. Nearly 200 people witnessed the ceremony.
